Our flagship solution AGMRI uses proprietary, patented technology to collect and analyze data from numerous sources. We gather high resolution aerial images (drones, aircraft, satellite), temperature readings, humidity measurements, rainfall, soil samples, terrain type, equipment utilized, planting rates, applications, and more.
Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Owner in Yerevan to join our team and help us build the integrations to expand our solution for agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Drive product and features from concept to successful launch.
- Transform the business requirements into epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with internal team members: product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, subject matter-experts (agronomists), sales team.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Communicate the product roadmap effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the development team to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear requirements.
- Plan releases and upgrades with the parties involved.
- Follow the progress of work and address production/dependency issues during sprints.
- Analyze preferences and requests of end-customers.
- Refine the processes based on the outcome and team feedback.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes.
- Ensure that all cross-functional teams, including development and design, are aligned on the product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to promote a shared understanding of the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
- Experience in working with distributed remote teams.
- Experience in agile methodologies (scrum, kanban, scrumban).
- Experience with the JIRA project management tool.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
- Team spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
