INDIANAPOLIS – Feb. 8, 2022 – Intelinair announced the addition of Grant Schepers and Sean Mylet as agronomy advisors based in Indianapolis, effective Jan. 31. As agronomy advisors, Schepers and Mylet will combine AGMRI® crop intelligence technology with applied agronomic knowledge to deliver actionable insights to channel partners.
Grant Schepers
Schepers recently completed his Agricultural Science degree at Ivy Tech College in West Lafayette, Ind. and joins Intelinair full-time after a successful experience as a sales and marketing intern for the organization. While completing his internship, Schepers worked to develop field summary reports based on AGMRI alerts for both farmers and ag retailers.
Sean Mylet
Mylet joins Intelinair from his most recent experience as an agronomy lead for AgVenture, based in north central Indiana. In his previous role, Mylet was responsible for season-long crop scouting on a wide range of acres, while also developing and providing insights to farmers regarding new corn and soybean seed products. A Purdue University graduate, Mylet previously had internship experience with BASF, as well as Co-Alliance, focused on product development and field scouting activities.
“With Grant’s knowledge of AGMRI and Sean’s agronomic expertise, they will be able to able to assist our channel partners in blending practical agronomic knowledge with developing AGMRI capabilities to deliver additional agronomic insights to our varied channel partners,” said Keith Porter, senior agronomist at Intelinair. “They will also ensure that AGMRI is used to its fullest capabilities with targeted insights that aim to improve farm productivity and enhance retail efforts.”
