INDIANAPOLIS, December 2, 2021 – IntelinAir, Inc., the maker of AGMRI®, announced the addition of Garrett Merz, as machine learning scientist, effective Nov. 29.
Merz comes to Intelinair from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich., where he was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and graduate student instructor while obtaining his master’s degree in physics (2017) and doctorate in physics (2021). He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in physics and mathematics with honors research distinction from The Ohio State University. While at The Ohio State University, Merz served as an undergraduate research assistant for four years. His research focused on machine learning and deep learning to search for rare Higgs Boson production processes at the LHC.
